Zeek is the illegitimate son of Einvald Jaxxon, sired by a pet, and one of Jakten's worst kept secrets. Spoiled, loud, and pushy, he's a glutton and a bully with a foul mouth. But he is awfully cute. Sensitive and eager to please his parents, Zeek has aims to become a powerful warrior just like Jaxxon and certainly puts in the work by playfighting at every opportunity... but still wants to be pampered and waited upon like Dulcie. It's a tough line to walk, but while he's got puppy eyes on his side, so far, he's managed.

Without the legitimacy of Jaxxon's last name, Zeek is still just a pet — the bottom of the totem pole in Jakten. Time will tell whether the incongruence leads to greater distress for the tyke, as he reaches an age of exploration and exposure to the rest of his packmates. Not all of whom are as interested in loving him as his parents.
