nursing a fractured identity and heavy burden of guilt, altai arrives in mythris at his lowest. beneath the brooding exterior lies a man of cunning intellect and rugged experience. he's deeply superstitious and entrenched in his natal culture, but contrasts these traits with an insatiable curiosity and wonder at the world around him.

trivia
- altai is usually seen with blooms of wheat tucked into his fur, to bring good fortune and as a status symbol
- flirtatious with any woman who breathes near him, but has never and never will go further than talk.

a wispy blue aura, like mist rising from his pelt, sometimes appears. it is harmless and incorporeal, best seen at dusk and dawn.
