Kobold is very short in stature, compact and lightweight with an average but slight build that favors agility over strength. He lacks heavy muscle, instead carrying a lean, nimble frame built for quick movement and slipping through tight spaces. There’s a toughness to him, small but not fragile and his low center of gravity keeps him steady.

His coat blends russet and warm brown with blue-grey and grey shading, especially along his back and limbs, giving his fur a soft, smoky depth. Off-white markings dust his chest, muzzle, paws, and tail tip, feathered naturally rather than sharply defined. Slightly thicker fur around his neck adds a hint of fluff to his otherwise slim silhouette. His alert ears and expressive face give him a clever, youthful look.

Kobold is chaos with a conscience. He is impulsive, inventive, and allergic to doing things the normal way. If there are three paths forward, he will pick the fourth: the one involving a rope, a bad idea, and a laugh that starts halfway through the jump. He is endlessly curious and deeply unserious about danger right up until things go wrong, at which point he snaps into razor sharp competence like a switch flipped in his head.

He lies for fun, tells the truth when it’s inconvenient, and treats rules as suggestions written by cowards. That said, he does have a moral compass it just spins wildly before landing on “protect my people” every time.
