TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Activity requirement: One post every three months is required to meet the site's activity standards, though we would love it if they were posted at least monthly. If you miss the three-month mark, we will reach out to discuss activity and determine whether it is appropriate to re-adopt the character at that time. If you do not reply to these requests, we reserve the right to take back the puppy after 3 months!

2. Post requirement: The pup designs/family spot remain Boo/Tasha's until you reach 80 posts! Until that time, they will remain on-site and active only on Vivarium. Art provided belongs to us until the 80 post mark, and the provided Toyhouse will not transfer then! After that, they will officially become yours! Yay! If you go inactive/unresponsive before this time, we reserve the right to take the puppy back (see above)!

3. If you decide to leave Vivarium before 80 posts, the puppy will be transferred back to us. If you have our design, that will come back to us. If you have your own design, the "child" will return to us, but you can keep your design!

4. Please avoid immediate killing/kidnapping/death/maiming. Or, check in with us! We love chaos, as long as it is communicated!

5. Please note there may be off-screen activity. This means there may be events/situations/assumptions communicated OOC that should translate to IC (this will be discussed before happening!). Both of us, as the parents, have very busy IRL schedules and may not realistically be able to keep up with 6-8 children stampeding through the Vale, haha. Off-screening is sometimes expected with a family of this size!

6. Ultimately, communication is key. This is a family group of mixed speed posters! We encourage both IC writing and OOC communication to make a happy family. We look forward to seeing your applications!

Little Embers

After almost two years of skirting around mutual feelings and narrowly avoiding cardiac arrest whenever they occupied the same space, Callosum and Solskin have finally managed to share custody of a single functioning brain cell - and now, unfortunately for everyone else, there are children on the way.

This litter will be born and raised within the ranks of Dawnbreak (located in Frostfang Vale), though they will hold familial ties to both Elysium and Northfall as well!

Bearing the Callosum surname, these pups will be raised by loving, attentive, and deeply devoted parents, if not always the most graceful or... sensible ones. Alder and Solvi may stumble their way through parenthood at times, but one thing will never be in question: they will always be present for their children, and for whatever consequences their decisions may bring.

This litter will be in the presence of other pups around the same time, meaning there will be a lot of potential for fellow-pup threads that aren't just siblings! We anticipate a lot of fun and shenanigans from this pair and their kids, and we're so excited to invite others to be a part of it all.

Grandma (and by proxy Grandma ) will have a fairly active presence in the pups' lives - Amaranth in particular will likely emotionally grapple with Viscaria and Cypress' marks in this litter.

Last but not least - all pups will have the chance to inherit a glowing Mark of Mythris from their parents at birth!

Terms & Conditions:

1. - Activity requirements: While we respect all activity levels and we understand that life can make posting difficult at times, we also want to be sure these pups are at least maintaining 1 post per 3 months to remain active, but we would like to see them posting at a greater frequency as well! We will try our best to provide ample opportunity for you to wedge into one-on-one and group posts, but our DMs/family chat is always open if you’re struggling. We are happy to help figure out a solution if you’re feeling lost or need a bit of help getting on track. :) However, should a pup go inactive without contacting us/responding to attempts to contact you, we will take them back to be adopted back out.

2. - Post requirements: Pups’ designs are 100% yours after 80 posts. There’s no deadline on this. The post count resets if the pup is adopted out a second time (so if it comes to second player with 20 posts, the new owner will need to have 100 posts on the account total since 20 were not their posts). This number spans between “lives” in the event a pup dies for whatever reason and is reincarnated, so you won’t lose any ownership progress!

After your 80 posts, the design is all yours - as is their Toyhouse profile, which we will then transfer, and all art we provided. Each pup comes with an Arkana chibi and a mini from Chirpeax in addition to the original design made by Karle and Tasha. At 80 posts, the design will be transferred to you on Toyhouse. You are no longer subject to a pup being taken back due to inactivity or leaving the site at this point.

In the event the pup is taken/given back before you attain ownership, all original assets remain ours. If you have purchased art of the character while it was being played by you, please let us know - there’s a very good chance we’d like to buy rights to it to keep it with the character! Otherwise, you may repurpose the art for a different character.

In the event you want to sell the design after fully owning it, we reserve the right of first refusal - meaning we would ask that you please offer them to us to purchase before opening them to the general market. Ideally, we would like to keep the adopt in the family and permitting us to purchase them would make that possible.

Solana is inspired by her father’s grandmother, . She is named after the nightshade flower carrying the same moniker. Viscaria was murdered by , who was later killed by Alder in an act of vengeance; Cypress has been reincarnated in this litter as Hemlock.
Applicants are welcome to use the loose personality we have in mind for Solana, which is one of impulsive nature, bold and adventurous; she always seems to find trouble - or perhaps it finds her.

The dusk sky bleeding into night given corporeal form, Magnus stands out against his siblings. He borrows influence from Solvi's father, Ferghus, who she has learned died in her home world in more recent months. Solvi's relationship with her father was troubled, but he remains one of the strongest, most capable wolves she has ever known. Magnus means "great, mighty."
Though open to the adopter to be used or discarded, we envision "Magnus" to be protective, worrying, and skeptical of others - his trust is hard won.

Until you reach 60 posts on-site, the designs belong to me. I will transfer them to you through toyhouse after this time, but kindly ask that you do not resell or trade the design for any reason. If after this point you lose interest in the character, I will gladly take it back and pay for any art accumulated in full!

Inactivity happens! I'm not too strict about this. All I ask is that if you're aware you'll be inactive for more than a month, you let me know. I will only ever take a puppy back if you do not communicate with me. You don't even have to DM me! Posting a stall definitely counts <3

If you leave Vivarium, and you have not yet reached 60 posts, the design will be returned immediately to me. In the event you have reached 60, the design is yours to keep, but all other rules still apply, and the concept/character is not yours to take with you. (In the case of reincarnation, post count will stack across accounts. Please do not kill/reincarnate your puppy before 1 year of age).

Puppies will remain within Tuksha'at until 1 year of age. After this point they are welcome to wander wherever you wish them to go! Please no kidnapping or murder plots before they reach 1 year. Exceptions may be made at my discretion, please contact me beforehand.

Even if we are not writing actively, always assume Häti is interacting with your pup behind the scenes. She is a dedicated mother and rarely far from her children. Please assume the same of Benji. Despite not being related to every pup, she will be treating this litter as if she has fathered every child herself. Häti is unlikely to disclose the true fathers of her children.

A New Constellation

After many lifetimes, stretched across years and shaped by forces beyond their control, the universe has finally seen fit to grant and a union of children. Six, at that!

Though they remain unwed—and often at each other’s wits—their children will be raised with love at their foundation. Both parents will remain present, imperfect in their own ways (can’t promise they’ll always be ‘good’ parents, yet will always steadfast in their effort to raise them safely within a world they do not yet fully understand.

Faith will be a delicate thing. Not rigid, not certain but present every day. A belief in their Star Mother, in ritual, in something greater, will be woven through everything they do: in song, in hunt, in prayer, and in every quiet moment where a star dares to flicker in the sky or a bird flies overhead. Please keep in mind this is subject to IC change, and how they all interpret the ongoings of Mythris around them. Both Tove and Tamir’s faith is not at its strongest currently and may change in unforeseen ways over time. (Details of Velaris seen here, still a WIP. If you have a love for ACOTAR/fae, stars, familial ties and more, this is the place for you!)

Their main language will be Valyrian, but common (maybe not perfectly) will be taught as well. Both parents currently suffer from memory loss and are slowly regaining their past lives here and there, so that's extra fun too!

These characters and this specific lineage are very important to both Aly & Sweets, so these will have some stricter rules.
RULES

No death, amnesia, or long-term kidnapping plots. Please do not make drastic deviations from the main storyline without a valid IC reason.
While these characters do not need to be your main focus and constant activity is not required, we do ask that they remain semi-active and interact with their family and surroundings. Extended inactivity without reason or communication with Aly or Sweets may result in the character being reclaimed. At this time, we ask for a minimum of 2 posts per month, unless otherwise discussed with us!

and have nothing to lose. A wanderlust girl, once made captive to the Saatsine. A hero boy made into something lesser. A bastard prince. A lost daughter. No family. No friends. No guidance. They are rogues.

These two are mountaineers making their path as they go, and in the spur of a singular moment, begin to learn what love looks like in one another.

Whether they are ready or not to be parents is not questioned, because their life is about to change with an unexpected, welcomed arrival. They will be born to the long bloodline of the Tartok's, of the Nuruik's. Their family may run into the arms of the Saatsine and back into their once captors. They may flee the north. They may live nomadic for months. They may make their own claim. They may get into trouble, gain great friends, make many enemies, but no matter where they go, their children will be right there beside them to keep their hearts lit. Raised in the ways of mountaineers, of shepherds, the children will learn how to preserve hides and sing the working songs of their mother's people. Spirit names will be whispered before their ears unfold: separate names known only by mother, only told once they've reached maturity. Darkfang of the Saatsine, , will be providing the clan with the second litter of the year. They are to be born on April 25th. Pups will be joining a nomadic band of Lanzadoii caribou hunters. Strict in the ways of Lanzadoii, Meleys with raise her pups with a firm, if not often harsh, paw.

While their father, Mesen-ka will not be present in their raising, these children will have much family around them, including uncles in Chieftan Cen and Yaalk'ali and a plethora of cousins. Secretly half brother in n, slave of Saatsine for which pup 3 looks nearly exact.

There are three pups available for adoption. Puppy bases provided by our lovely Neoma! While we would like these designs to be made of use you are welcome to create your own. Names, sex/genders, personality & appearance is up to the adopter as long as consideration to the parents own colors & sizes is given. The Saatsine speak Ahtna so names from here are welcome but not required.

PUP 3: Possibly male. Tawny pelt with baby blues that never change from youth. Consider a name involving sand, heat, sun, as this is the only child who has any likeliness to their father.

Everyone please welcome as Lonan's new player! We're so excited to have you join the Howff!

We got so many good applications, it was a tough pick and I wish we could have chosen everyone! 😭 I hope you will all apply again in the future the next time Lyra rolls a nat 1 and ends up with more babies xD

Both parents are 3-3-3 characters & the Howff incorporates a lot of mature/sensitive themes.
You ofc aren’t obligated to play 3-3-3, but should be comfy with others who do.

About Lonán's family

He was an accident. During the pregnancy his Mum was planning to leave after the birth. She had no interest in motherhood. They came premature, and nearly killed her. Two of his siblings have chronic ailments due to this. Once born, Mum bonded hard and decided to stay.

His parents run Highwayman Howff. It's not the most upstanding establishment, and the parents aren't the most experienced parents, the whole thing is rough around the edges. But the kids are zealously loved and protected.

Other inn regulars include (but are not limited to!) a bard, a prostitute, several pirates/bandits, a weasel mink, a soldier with PTSD, and a fae (as well as her fae children with the soldier). These kids hear cussing all the time and prob swear too, will get the sex talk early, will probably be taught how to steal & definitely be taught how to fight. They don't have the total run of the house, but their parents' sense of manners is lacking so these are hooligan urchins by polite society standards lol

Mum, is a superstitious, cuthroat pirate who suffered years of abuse she hasn't yet realized was actually abuse. She knows she doesn't want her pups to be raised the same way she was, but she's kind of figuring this out as she goes along. She hovers.

Da, is an orphan turned bandit who's softer and more sentimental than he thinks he is. Fatherhood is a work in progress for him, too, but feels like maybe the best thing he's ever done. He's the fun parent.

Sister is independent and sneaky, she's healthy. Sister is brave and earnest, and has a heart condition. Sister is energetic and friendly, she has asthma and crooked legs.

Will also probably have a lot of interactions with "Uncle" the bard fun babysitter.

Lonán means "Little Blackbird" in Irish Gaelic. Lyra sings a lullaby for him and calls him Mo chuisle (My Pulse")

Lonán is a fairly blank slate, so you get to decide on personality & build!
It is also up to you if he has any permanent health ailments due to his birth.

Adoption Rules

Doesn't have to be a primary or written every week, but we would like to see him stay up to date on major events, and (at least early on) taking part in some family threads! Salt and I wanna meet our baby and get to know him!
50 posts required to get full ownership, if he goes inactive before 50 posts, he comes back to me.
When chosen, you have 2 weeks to register him and make an IC post, or he comes back to me.
If before you reach full ownership, I notice he's only being posted once every few months skating by activity checks, for a long period of time, I may also reclaim him. But will try to reach out to you first to figure things out!
I have a TH for him I can transfer to you at the time of reaching full ownership!

my obsessive fixations know no bounds, so i have adopts for my character Gjalla's valkyrie order! these adopts are intended as loyal companions to gjalla with enough freedom to be characters in their own right. where she goes, they go, but they are not strictly bound to her.

as it stands, the Valkyrja are intended only as an IC faction that players can join somewhat freely without immediately having to commit to a pack. don't want an adopt but still want a valkyrie? DM me!

one of stormrift's three valráðr, leading as general over the salvor, haelwyn is the dómsmær, gjalla's head executioner. her character intentionally steeped with lots of themes regarding judgement, mercy (or lack thereover), and individuality: she's a hard-won woman and a skeptic at heart, deeply loyal to her sisters alone.

she is a woman with a valkyrie's spirit and steadfast in her convictions, stubborn to a fault. in true stormriftian fashion, she is taciturn by nature and wastes nothing, speaking and acting only when command or judgment demands it, implacable and retributive and predisposed to violence. a devout believer of the aesir gods and of sivra, though perhaps less sentimental in her attachments to them.

Chieftain of Saatsine, , and blood hunter, , are expecting a litter born on the week of march 14th! The pups will be raised in a nomadic lanzadoii band and trained to be skilled caribou hunters, where only the strong will endure until summer. Despite this cold upbringing they will be nurtured, protected, and loved by their parents.

There are three pups available for adoption. You can choose from one of the existing designs, or you are welcome to create your own. Names, sex/genders, personality, body types, etc. are up to the adopter. Please send your applications to both and by february 28th! Hello! Thank you for visiting my adopt page! These guys will belong to a pack I am creating known as the Tianlong Dynasty. Below is some basic information about their age, imagined personality, and a short blurb of how my character, Emperor Shēnléi, views them.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. COMMUNICATION IS KEY — Please understand that real life happens, and if you start to fall behind, please reach out to me so I know what’s going on. Inactivity doesn’t immediately always mean losing the character; I just have to be aware of what’s going on to give you the proper grace you need.

2. While they do not have to be your main character, I ask that they be semi-active and interact with the others. Inactivity will result in the character being reclaimed. A minimum of 2 posts per month is required to meet the semi activity requirement unless you are on leave and I’ve been informed.

3. Before reclaiming a character, I will attempt to contact you three (3) separate times through discord and on the forum. If there’s no response, the character will be reclaimed on the fourth (4) attempt. Again, communication is key!

4. If you are on hiatus for over three (3) months without communication, I reserve the right to reclaim and rehome the character at my discretion.

5. If you are on hiatus for over six (6) months, even with communication, I reserve the right to reclaim and rehome the character at my discretion.

6. These characters (and their designs) remain the property of myself (Devi) unless specific clauses below are met:

• 6-a. If you reach 60 posts, you have permission to use the character on Vivarium Only. You do not own the design/character If you become inactive, I reserve the right to reclaim the character and rehome it at my discretion.

• 6-b. If you reach 100 posts, you may have—provided we have discussed this—permission to use the design off Vivarium, so long as the backstory, personality, name, and history of the character don’t change. You do not own the design/character If you become inactive, I reserve the right to reclaim the character at my discretion and rehome it.

• 6-c. If you reach 150 posts, I will reach out to you (or you can reach out to me) about possibly co-owning the design and character. You will pay half of the monetary value of the design and have full co-ownership rights. Please keep the history, name, and character the same should you move the character off Vivarium. More details about co-ownership will be discussed in a separate contract. If you do not wish to co-own, I will proceed with continuing to “rent/loan” the character to you. Should you fall inactive and paid for co-ownership, the character will be presumed dead during your absence, either indefinitely or for an extended leave. Co-ownership grants you equal creative rights for use and portrayal of the character, but not the right to resell, redesign, or redistribute the design without mutual consent or allowing me to buy out your half.

7. Do not apply for this adopt if you plan to immediately have them die, run away, be kidnapped, have a complete personality switch, or get amnesia. If you follow one of these paths in an inorganic manner or too soon, this adopt will be revoked from the player. ‘Too soon’ is considered to be 1 year after receiving the adopt. These actions are permitted only after one (1) full year of active play and must feel organic to the character’s development. Any early or abrupt deviation may result in the adopt being revoked.

8. Please communicate! Should you, the adopter, feel stuck, struggling with muse, or need help in some way, reach out to me! I will help you and do everything in my power to assist you in getting out of your rut. If we both decide it’s best to return the character, that’s perfectly fine — there’s no shame in it, and it helps keep the character’s story alive for others to continue and enjoy.

9. Do not modify, resell, or redistribute the design without explicit permission.

10. Minor aesthetic edits (such as scars, accessories, or minor tweaks) are allowed only with prior approval.
