Morningstar — Interest Check - Callyope - 8/8/2025

Morningstar is a village built upon safety, security and traditions of far lands. Their biggest draws include hunting, trading and story-telling. Despite being settled upon the high reaches of the mountain of their namesake, they are not secretive.

Leadership:

Lunar: Callyope
Solar: TBA

Specialized:

Ursa: a slot for warriors and hunters
Lynx: a slot for rangers, seers and traders
Cygnus: a slot for orators, healers and herbalists

Basics:

Canes: a slot for adults without specialized skills. just as valuable and treasured
Polaris: a slot for those under 6 months

PRACTICES

— Visitors are welcomed as long as they keep the peace. Invite them to hunts and trades to build bonds, even if they do not stay.

— Alliances are highly valued, it is encouraged to mingle freely among any allies and even seek marriage among them if wished for.

— Disputes should be settled through words for they are believed to hold more power than tooth. Violence is reserved for grave offenses.

— The moon and sun are heavily symbolic for the group. Aligning yourself to one or the other through title or practices is encouraged.

— It is expected for all to participate and learn from each other, but specialties are held among higher ranks for specific teachings.
