RE: Shatter The Sky. - Thorvald - 6/19/2025

He was told that formalities were not needed in this realm and Thor chuckled as a paw fell heavily to his shoulder. Thor rose with a smile spreading a little further, Tyr mentioning that if a new fate was what he wanted there was another on the isle's that he could go to. A small tilt of his head came with curiosity in his eyes.

Perhaps... What name might she be known as...? The giant questioned, partially considering a venture to try and find this fate that might change his. Thor was pulled up fully now to gaze at Tyr with a glint in his eyes of the adventure that might unfold, what else was he to do?

He hoped this fate would be different from the last, he hoped his life here wouldn't end in pain. That's all he remembered, he had the feeling of pride when he thought about his death but he couldn't place why. It was possible he died in battle, potentially he might have been tortured... He prayed to the gods his death had been the latter...

Tyr swallowed his rage, taking a moment as he allowed Thorvald's words to soothe him back into reality.

Urdr, last I saw, she was across the causeway, but she's probably moved onto newer horizons. She was the older of the sisters, the representation of the past, and as icy as he remembered. Hopefully, if Thor ever came across her, she would be nicer to him than she was to the god.

Say, if you need a place to stay, you're welcome here. Even if you do go and search for the Norn, Tyr turned his gaze back to the man, but it was only from the corner of his eyes. A single brow quirked in the red male's direction, awaiting a response.

Tyr explained where she might be found and Thor nodded in response, then, Tyr did something that Thor wasn't expecting. He extended their territory to him.

Thor held his breath for a moment while he mulled around the possibilities. He could stay here... With her, he could venture further past the reaches of the raging waters... Blinking a few times Thor turned his head back into the open abyss in front of them and nodded.

Yes... I'd like that... Kiitos my lord... He thanked him, his smile non-existent now as the man rolled around thoughts of Lilja and how he had murdered her... Her father... He shuddered.

His eyes clenched shut for a second, red washes flooding over him and his vision. A heavy sigh before he opened eyes again and turned back towards Tyr with a thankful dip of his head.

The god watched the male, who was a kaleidoscope of emotions. Tyr wished eagerly to know what lay beneath the surface, but so did curiosity kill the cat. If Thorvald was ever keen to share, Tyr would offer an open ear. However, for now he would wait.

You know, sometimes the best thing you can do is find balance in the fate you have been dealt, advice he would need to follow himself if he were to get over his grieving heart. The god almost inspired himself in fact, feeling some sort of resolve growing within him. Perhaps he should seek out Astrid sooner rather than later...

Wise words to live by... He smiled as he turned back, We'll have to see what happens... He chuckled and rolled his shoulders to try and shake some of those negative thoughts from his facade. Before anything I'll need to find a place to lay my head... He responded with a more serious tone now, his eyes flicking over Tyr's face. He didn't know the lands well but it wouldn't be hard to learn them, Thor was a smart man.

I noticed some mountains nearby I might check into... He told the other before craning his head over his shoulder to gaze at the towering giants behind them. They rose over the trees and high into the sky, he wondered what it would be like to live so high up... He was a sea man himself so those heights might not be the smartest Idea... Maybe he should try to scout out where Lilja was before he decided on a place to settle...

I am more than grateful for your hospitality... You won't regret my prescence... He turned back, a nod came before a small smile with furrowed brows of a more playful nature now. He would exert himself and fill caches, protect borders, guard when things needed guarding... Thor would prove his worth here on this plain as he had on his own.

Tyr smiled softly at the man, Indeed, rest is important, gods he sounded like a dad, Be careful in the mountains, they're haunted by a tiny woman who talks about the stars, he warned in jest, lifting his haunches and shaking out his ruffled coat.

I shall leave you before I completely drain you of all your energy, do let me know what profession you would like, I'll see to it you have a fine guide to learn how we run the place, Tyr offered the advice as he turned away and began to walk back to the south. Yes... he would need to speak with Astrid soon, once she'd had time to cool it off.

Tyr told warned him of the mountains and then took his leave. Thor nodded at him before he headed north of the waterfall and towards the mountain base. Something in the base might be okay... He'd figure it out...
