Oluja did not remember where she came from and did not remember the land before this one; she simply knew of then and now, and that this land was not one she knew. She arrived in a hazy movement, walking through fog she could not see and emerging into a different area. Her pale blues were hidden within the fog until she started into the thinner parts; she didn't understand quite where she was, but something urged her to just stay still.

So, she sat and stared upwards silently. Despite not seeing anything, she could tell the sun was down, or there was clouds blocking it; either way she sat there quietly, foggy eyes tilted upwards, jaws slightly parted to taste the air, something heavy-tasting clung to the fog, and Oluja was unsure what, but eventually the small lady slid down to her stomach. She did not have her bird here, or a friend here, to help guide her, so she planned to lay right there, until someone found her, or until the earth took her back.

RE: You are the sun, you heal you burn - Mintaka. - 3/18/2026

Everything felt a little strange. Mintaka felt a little strange, too, but she was currently ignoring that. All problems went away if you ignored them, after all! A little weirdness was fine. She could handle it just fine.

A scent touched her nose, weirder than all the weirdness. Sharp and sweet and watery all at the same time - a stranger, Mintaka realized, but hopefully not for long. It was difficult to see in the low lighting, but she picked her way after it, pleased to find that it was, in fact, growing stronger.

Too strong, she realized suddenly, as her paw caught on the small body and sent her tumbling straight onto her chin with a sharp, "Oof!"
