Until you reach 60 posts on-site, the designs belong to me. I will transfer them to you through toyhouse after this time, but kindly ask that you do not resell or trade the design for any reason. If after this point you lose interest in the character, I will gladly take it back and pay for any art accumulated in full!

Inactivity happens! I'm not too strict about this. All I ask is that if you're aware you'll be inactive for more than a month, you let me know. I will only ever take a puppy back if you do not communicate with me. You don't even have to DM me! Posting a stall definitely counts <3

If you leave Vivarium, and you have not yet reached 60 posts, the design will be returned immediately to me. In the event you have reached 60, the design is yours to keep, but all other rules still apply, and the concept/character is not yours to take with you. (In the case of reincarnation, post count will stack across accounts. Please do not kill/reincarnate your puppy before 1 year of age). NOTE: If you are banned or I decide I am otherwise uncomfortable with you, I may demand ownership back at my own discretion. This is highly unlikely, but a necessary blanket statement due to the rules Toyhouse has in place regarding returned characters.

Puppies will remain within Tuksha'at until 1 year of age. After this point they are welcome to wander wherever you wish them to go! Please no kidnapping or murder plots before they reach 1 year. Exceptions may be made at my discretion, please contact me beforehand.

Even if we are not writing actively, always assume Häti is interacting with your pup behind the scenes. She is a dedicated mother and rarely far from her children. Please assume the same of Benji. Despite not being related to every pup, she will be treating this litter as if she has fathered every child herself. Häti is unlikely to disclose the true fathers of her children.
