House Draconya, Blood of the Dragon
Hello all! This is long, so if you're not big on dragons, HOD and Targaryens in general, turn back now. Proceed at your own peril.
I have brought in a new character, Balerion, as well as a new family bloodline known as The Draconya. Inspired by the Targaryens of The Rise of the Dragon & Fire and Blood, the books in which House of the Dragon is based. Of course, being wolves and not either dragons nor humans (nor were they before in past lives) these characters' history will be unique to their own making.
I have been working on bringing this guy in for some time now and have been in debate with myself on how to approach this if he should be on his own or not. I feel like with a character being so bloodline oriented - focusing on the success of his kind, looking to others as lessers and the loyalty to his family above all else - it only makes sense that this character would have his trust potential with other family members coming along. Thus, the opening of his sister-wives!
I would like to adopt out both of his two sister-wives to interested applicants. Please keep in mind, these characters will be in either 3-2-3 or 3-3-3 situations, including fighting, insest, rape, torture, etc. They will risk racing their own maiming and possibly death in their conquest for the throne. Given their familial backgrounds and a need to rebuild their dynasty, please do not consider applying also if you are uninterested in plots involving an abundance of spars, raids and potentially war, at least until they had claimed a stronghold of their own. Enemies will come easy, alliances may be necessary, forged in order to survive this new world without their dynasty. When you play the game of thrones, you win or you die!
Balerion is not my main character and although he has the great possibility of becoming a lead, will still not be my main character. I mostly catch up with posting on weekends, so while I don't require daily postings, or even weekly, I would like the sisters to be present and keep up with events icly, which honestly may require a post at least every few weeks or so, especially while on their conquest. Their development might be a smooth and slow race, but I still want it to be present.
Feel free to create your sister wives more closely inspired to the characters of the Targaryen Dynasty or have more of your own twist. They can be named Vhagar and Meraxes, Rhaenys and Visenya or a name completely on their own so long as they have that Targaryen “feel”. One sister can be political, sociable and one with the people like Rhaenys and one can be harder, stronger and maybe even a little bit witchy like Visenya- or neither! Sisters may be of the same litter, one prior or one after. They will both speak High Valyrian as their native language as well as common. The language has some translators to choose from. IDK which would be considered more ‘accurate’ but I'm whatever works! They also will have red or orange in their coat - the more the better and commonly mixed with black, gray, blue-grey/black but other shades are welcome too.
These sisters are very important to Balerion. They are not secondary to his leadership, but equals at his side and the throne. Each one is a head of the three-headed dragon. You will be adopting a matriarch of a new bloodline, a possible future Queen, mother to the bloodlines heirs, as well as possible ooc collaboration to the pack's laws, events, customs, etc. So please just consider this when applying.
Name, personality, and appearance for the most part is up to the player. The character will be considered fully yours at 30 posts. Given the fact that the character's design is owned by the applicant, in the event that a character is taken back due to inactivity, players will have the right to keep their art but will revoke the right to the character’s history and connection to the Draconya bloodline. Meaning, you can still use that art you paid for on another new character, but they would no longer be the sister-wife/Draconya character.
If this gains quite a bit of interest I would be open to other family members for adoption - cousins, nieces, nephews, other siblings and even children between the three. May even bring a young son of the trio too, just depends on interest. I will be far less picky with sudden being ins, as the Draconya are expensive, but the sister wives will not be first come, first serve. Please send applications my way via discord or site DM.
