Hunger Thee - Nerethia - 8/1/2026

SKILL: HUNTER (1/5)

Neréthia emerged from the glittering blue with her pale fur slicked close against her frame, seawater streaming from her in silver rivulets. Between her jaws hung an enormous fish, broad-bodied and gleaming, its tail carving a crooked trail through the white sand as she hauled it beyond the reach of the tide. Colorful shells scattered beneath her paws, clicking softly amid the distant, mournful songs of whales.

At last, she released her prize with a wet thud and lifted her chin, breathless but visibly pleased with herself. A catch such as this deserved admiration—and perhaps assistance, though she would sooner return it to the sea than admit as much.

Her ears shifted toward the golden grasses behind her, watching the strands sway in the gelte breeze.

RE: Hunger Thee - Kesho - 8/7/2026

Kesho had never strayed too far from winning the safety the spirited highland forests had to provide for him. Though were strange, and unfamiliar to him. They hid him from the harshness of the summer. Though in all honesty the summer here was nothing like the dry season back home. Whilst some likely collapsed or grew weak underneath this “burning” summers heat, he was perfectly comfortable running around for scraps.

However today was different. The salty scent of a sea breeze and the unfamiliar haunting wailing caught his attention. His curiosity drawing him out towards the shores to gaze upon the breaching whales whom bellowed out in the distance.

Woah! He exclaimed with a bright smile and a rising tail. He hadn’t never seen such massive creatures before, and the sound they emitted was beautiful for sure. It was a sight to behold. But it wasn’t long before the scent of blood danced along those powerful nostrils of his, urging him to follow the smell to spot a beautiful wolf. A massive fish entrapped within her jaws.

Hi there! What’re you doing, fishing? He called to her with a sweet tone, perhaps he could convince her to share some of her catch with him. He certainly wouldn’t hurt her over such a meager scrap, but sharing was better than nothing!
