the new player must make 100 of their own posts to obtain rights to the character and design.
the player must show initiative and participate of & on their own accord & should not be told when to make posts, or join threads.
the player must be an active, reliable member of the community & must not have instances of hiatus on their record within the last 6months.
the player should have the communication skills & comprehension to know when to reach out in regards to issues with muse or anything otherwise that may affect their ability to be active. However, If the player goes more than one month without making posts, I will reach out & we can come together to see what can be done. I will do what I can to help with muse issues! <3

The character may experience a semi personality change (if the new player desires!) due to the young age in which he had left home, but not a complete 180 please.
Born with a stubby tail and an eating disorder, though Rigby has genius-level intelligence and has been gone for quite sometime, if the player is uncomfortable with this idea or does not know how to roleplay a canine with an eating disorder, it can be written off that Rigby has figured out how to overcome this by whatever means necessary.

personality description, what is your take on his personality? will he still have his eating disorder, or did he find a cure? In the length of time that he has been gone, what growth has he done? Being that he was the only child to know a father out of his siblings, what his thoughts be on the disappearances of Crux & Mordecai?
