Everybody talks - Osamu - 1/6/2025 Skill: Hunter Osamu fell on his face. This was not an irregular occurrence, and although he tried his best to be a productive member of the society he now resided in, he just simply wasn't cut out to be a hunter. When it came to throwing muscle around or defending the territory and its denizens, he was right at home - but this wily hare? Impossible. Uttering soft curses, the Samurai heaved himself back up onto his paws and shook out the debris from his wiry coat, looking all the more disheveled and displeased. He only tried because it was important, because the Clan needed sustenance in the coming months and because Izumi depended upon all of her pack to provide for the greater good, but he just - wasn't skilled enough. Curse these paws, he thought sullenly. Collecting himself with an air of patient dignity, he carried on and pursued the trail. ![]() The chimera was doing her morning routine of checking on the garden. Even with the winters harsh climate, she needed to make sure the flowers had enough to flourish soon. Cloaked in the grace of the cold, she embraced it. Perhaps the cold made her feel more alive at this time, but it was everything to keep her mind clear of Krait. To push the devilish thoughts he shoved and forced away. Like a prey being stalked. That's how she felt, yet she tried walking with a prideful confident demeanor. Truly one day she knew it wouldn't last long. Soon as someone suspected it, it would be hard for her to keep the smiles up. Her paws followed a path among the garden. A trail rather. Distinct scents of her packmates all around. Truthfully.. apart from Izumi she hadn't met anyone else. None. But that was okay, she had plenty and creatures to talk to. Her mind held millions of miles away, just existing as she walked upon the trail. |
