Snow Beast - Ursa - 3/20/2025
Of course she could come back in a snow storm. Ursa had once again been dumped in the very same lands as she did before. Only this time, it was a change she was glad came her way. Not to go into too much detail, but it was hard being constantly chased by those that simply wanted you gone. The only thing though, was coming back in the great wide north with no warning or shelter, wasn't exactly her idea of a graceful entrance. The little brown bear of a wolf got to her feet within minutes of arriving, blinding snow and wind threatening to take over her form as she struggled to push through the massive storm.
Her guard hairs became thickened with ice, snow covering her body every time she shook it off. Just when she thought things couldn't get any worse, she could have sworn she picked up the scent of other wolves nearby. Maybe it was all in her head. After all, being stuck out in a storm, no matter what kind, could do things to you. Ursa struggled on, eyes squinting hard against the wind. Her ears remained flat against her crown to protect them from the cold, her muscles working in overtime to make up for her sheer lack of size. That's when she saw something dark ahead of her. A possible shelter? She certainly hoped so. Like a bat out of hell, Ursa took off towards her hopeful salvation.
