I'm turning up the volume when you speak. - Glitchtrap - 4/27/2025
Skill: ![]() So much weird stuff had happened recently the boy had become on edge. Glitch had stayed in his den after the adventure where he'd run into Fleetwood and Ama, he didn't like how the winds were whispering and the waters were toxic and dangerous. The boy blinked as the thunder rolled through heavy clouds that threatened rain, thick billowing clouds, adumbrating the tears that would soon fall. What should we do Skully...?The indigo child asked his ivory companion, the skull being his only source of company in his den, the tucked away hole in the mountain he'd claimed and filled with various furs and herbs that smelled good. He didn't know what they did or anything he just liked how they smelled... The sun bleached bone didn't respond but Glitch continued to stare at it for a while, as if having a silent conversation with it, and finally he pulled himself up to his little paws. ]Fine fine fine...He muttered eventually and started out his den. The boy stood on the perch that looked over some rocks and crags, surrounded by rocks himself, and looked this way and that to try and see if he could spot anybody. After he didn't see anybody for a while the boy finally started to sing in his sing-song voice... Threw you the obvious RE: I'm turning up the volume when you speak. - Fleetwood - 4/28/2025 Her throat burns.
She tried to stay away from the water. She did. She's trying to ignore the warnings Dimitri gave, the reason he'd left, but it's becoming harder and harder. And she doesn't want to leave, not again. This is her home. Valeska is staying. She ought to not abandon Valeska. But her stomach churns and the water comes right back up through her burning throat. More acid, she thinks, as the sickness hangs over her. Ugh. She can't go back to the den like this. She'd freak the children out. All she needs to do is rest. Let herself walk towards the song, more out of need to see someone than anything. Someone to tell her things will be okay. "What song is that?" she asks after a moment, her husky voice hoarse instead of its usual clear. She stands at the base of the rock, trying not to look dizzy. That's almost impossible. She wants to lie down. RE: I'm turning up the volume when you speak. - Glitchtrap - 4/28/2025
Skill: ![]() Completely oblivious to the wolf near him the boy squeaked in shock and hopped on his toes, maybe a foot or two in the air, and quickly took a few steps forward and wheeled around. Completely surprised Glitch blinked wide indigo eyes at the woman, fear and shock evident in his optics as he stared at her for a few long seconds. Time passed and it felt like an eternity as the boy tried to catch his breath. His chest rising and falling with panic as he tried to calm his nerves a little before he spoke. Glitch's voice was sqeaky for the first few syllables before it finally normalized. Oh I... It's... It's something I heard the scientists singing once... I really liked their music...Glitch admitted with a shy smile forming on his pale muzzle, those dark lips twitching in the corners with his confession. I... I heard you... It sounded like you're sick... Are you sick...?The kid asked her as he tilted his head to the side a little with a look of concern on his face now as he took a step towards the woman. The virus was a compassionate being, one that shared concern and worry for others he didn't know... That was as long as he didn't trip over you... He cared for other wolves like they were his own most of the time. He was a kind wolf. |
