All Welcome [ ❀ ] Flowers in your hair

He hadn't really intended to be at a festival today, but when he happened upon Epona collecting some last-minute berries, she had employed him for the day with the promise of all the food he could want. Bjarki wove things all the time - mostly braids in Sølvi 's fur or anyone else who sat still for a few moments in his presence. It was a soothing action for him, managing to unravel some of the anxious energy contained in his pudgy body. The bonus of food he was offered for such things was always a plus, and who was he to deny such a great deal? Epona had even been nice enough to let him ride on her shoulders so he didn't have to walk into the heart of Avon - free transportation and food?

It was a no-brainer, really.

Now, he had set up shop beneath one of the flowering trees in what he assumed was their festival grounds. Bjarki worked away at the daisy chains and crowns made from wildflowers, daisies, and yellow roses that he was tasked with. Every other article warranted a handful of berries or honeycomb, obviously, so he moved at a leisurely pace in his work.

By the time festivities were underway, he had created a pile of crowns for the participants, daisy cords for some dance the bi-colored wolf-dog told him about, and still had some leftover to be placed in fur for any who wanted a bit of a personal touch to their look for the day.

The piebald menace fluttered over the meadows, diving and weaving between the beams of the afternoon light. Her beady red eyes patrolled the earth below, hovering with silent intent over each of the visitors that set foot upon their home. Sneactha would keep a close eye on them, that much was certain. That, and, well, there were bound to be many trinkets left behind by these clumsy, drunk souls.

And Sneachta was more than happy to take advantage of that.

They certainly wouldn't notice if a few things ... disappeared.

With a few graceful flaps of her wings, she made her way toward the clearing, quickly noting a pile of flowery treasures guarded by a small, furry beast. The crowns had many colors, some more appealing than others. And it was in those few moments that she decided she would also partake in flower crown making. She certainly had an eye for decoration, after all.

The avian would swoop, fluttering toward the ground to land lightly beside the busy raccoon. And without introduction, she would begin to peck at the flower crowns, grabbing at the flowers while casually — and accidentally — aiming her beak toward the honeycomb that the raccoon had been given as a prize for his very hard work.
