Delta knew the time was coming soon; it was harder to move, her entire body ached and she was snapping at anything around her. Her legs slowly moved, head held low, and aching like it never had before. She wanted it to be over with so she could be able to relax for once and actually get out and hunt.

For now, she was slowly climbing the cliffs to find a cave she had seen on a walk when the group first got back to Mistveil. Her stomach slowly shifted side to side with each step, back legs angled to not jab into the soft flesh that was sensitive to any touch. Each step was somewhat difficult but Delta pulled through nonetheless.

Carefully she sniffed around, an old coyote den, an abandoned wolf den...None were worthy, though, until she came across a cave-like tunnel that led into the mountain; slowly, she ducked into the stone passage and hummed, seeing the protected area. This was where she'd nest.

She set off, but not until she marked the den, maybe a little too much, with her own scent. Once she was sure it'd be left alone, she set off and searched for anything to make a comfortable nest, one padded she wouldn't feel the stone below her, ward off the coldness the earth would bring forth.

Silently, she hoped she'd come across someone to get help, seeing as moving was nearly impossible to do at this point without getting sore and having to sit for a bit.

Skill - Herbalist

After morning prayer, Setemhotep had decided to busy himself with a foray into the mountains again, before the hours of Pharaoh's need for him. There were herbs here which grew not at all in warmer climes, and sesh was eager to gather what he could in the fading summer warmth. Castilleja, Anise, Fennel, Mint.

Between digging up roots, he kept a wary eye out for any unexpected strangers, though by now it was likely Jakten had the scent of Satriya, and his appearance would not draw overmuch attention. He hoped, anyway.

Delta was slow to move around, digging at moss areas to grab as much as possible, pulling a bit from the trees and rocks. Tucking bird feathers into her scruff to stash for later, she looked..odd to say, not like she cared, she was already waddling around like a duck.

It was until she could smell the wolf that she was cautious, and she was weary about even finding them. Stalking through the cliffs and the trees, she weaved until she spotted the wolf, rusty reds and blacks melded together on the wolfs pelt. Sniffing the air lightly, she stared for a few moments, no wolf would attack a pregnant female? Right?

Slowly, she huffed a greeting through the moss, every step as cautious as ever when she stepped through the trees. Grey eyes narrowing to stare quietly before slowly setting the moss down into a hollowed tree, looking the male over silently.

You are of.. Satriya, correct?

Head lifting sharply, Hotep pricked his ears and blinked. She was a stranger to him, though presumably of Jakten. Pregnant — very much so. And in the middle of denning, were he to guess.

She was cautious, too. He thought of Azalea's warnings... though more likely, this one feared an unknown man than an asp in her own clan.

But she had approached. It could mean many things, but most likely in his mind, she either wasn't really alone... or wanted something.

He kept his posture loose, submissive, and bowed politely. Oversized ears twised this way and that in hopes of picking up some hint if others were present, I am Setemhotep, handservant to Pharaoh. It is a pleasure to meet you.
