Luminous Hours - Siobhan1 - 9/19/2025

Skill - Curator
Amongst the dew-coated fields of Blushed Meadows sat Siobhan, fascinated by her latest find. At her tiny feet were a little set of bones. Not that she knew the difference, but they were that of a young rabbit who perished long ago, the porcelain skeleton now bleached by the sun.

With gentle pads, she moved them across the dusty sand, the ribcage and skull set aside for safekeeping while she looked to the rest with a curious eye. These would be her treasures, something she'd naturally hide from her siblings.

The thought of her kin may a soft snort pass from the young girl's nose, a ghostly smile pulling at the corners of her maw. No doubt they'd just break the delicate trinkets. After all, they were so brazen, rough, and tumbling here and there. Not that she herself couldn't throw a punch, but Siobhan prided herself on knowing when to pull them.

RE: Luminous Hours - Dimitri - 9/19/2025

Dimitri's never too far. These days, with the Seasons growing larger and larger, he's more than willing to allow the Seasons to see his work. And Siobhan is one of the cleverer children, one that may take to it with aplomb. He notices her careful movements, making sure to approach her within her line of sight so that she knows he's here.

"What have you there, solnyshko?" He does notice the rabbit bones, but he wants to hear what her plans with them are.

While she did not quite have the keenness of her nose up to par with the adults, she at least had eyes that could spy movement. In the corner of her vision, she saw the familiar colours of the Mom, and while she did not look up fully, instead averting her gaze back to her bones, she heeded her parent's words.

Bones, she stated simply, using a paw to scoop a few before she dropped them back to the ground, not realising the significance of the die she cast.

His heart swells with pride. She's already learning, even if she does not know it yet. He smiles, taking a few steps closer and then dropping to his haunches. "A clever toy for a clever girl," he says. "Do you want to know how to read them?"

Skill - Seer
She scrunched her face as she stared at the bones, confused by Dimitri's words. It was only a second before she peered up with a tilt to her head, questioning the all-knowing one of her parents.

Read them? How do you read bones?

She was curious and yet she still could not apply the logic to the theory. Bones did not use words; they did not write in the dirt. Siobhan had too many questions, so she simply settled into silence.
