Commit a felony with me - narrator - 9/22/2025 ![]() Spirited Highlands, Autumn Event![]() Seer Skill Event: PromptThe clouds are unlike anything you've seen before. Even in the darkness of the coming night, they seem to glow with a fluctuating silver energy. The longer you stare at them, the more concrete they seem to become — amassing before you with a powerful energy as they shift into unusual forms. The clouded figures seem to walk the earth, just as you do. You feel as though you may be able to converse with them, but you're not exactly sure how. Chances are, they have something important to tell you ... What will you do? RE: Commit a felony with me - Urd - 9/22/2025 This world was very sick indeed. From the moment she woke up that day to the time the sun began to fall behind the horizon, the gods had been at work. As the autumnal season began to draw in, so did the clouds, lying low on the land as if barely skirting the surface of the realm they travelled. It was as the moon began to rise that the glow began, catching a wandering Urdr off guard. She couldn't tear her eyes away, watching at the clouds become forms that danced before her, walking across the highlands with ghostly prowess. Not a step could be heard, but their forboding figures became seared into the shaman's mind; burnt into her retinas. By the gods, she scarely uttered, jaw slackened in awe. Were they an omen sent by Frigg? Or perhaps it was the Witte Wieven coming to lure them to their demise. Urdr dared not move, trying to piece whatever this was together within her mind. RE: Commit a felony with me - Myth - 9/22/2025 ![]() I've had old names only the wind and trees can pronounce.
3-3-3 OC 1/30 Seer SpeechEmotional Actions Thoughts Myth wasn't too sure of these lands, new and not once had she seen them before. She stood quietly, staring up at the sky, dim and barely lit, but the clouds were visible, wisping and reaching. Glowing with an...odd silver energy, she was drawn towards it, ears lifting and leaning forwards some as she slowly stepped closer and closer. Strides even and yet hesitant as well, the young she was fully unaware of what lay before her, but whatever these...forms were that walked the earth, she had to find what they were. Her brown pelt blended into the night. Her sun-bleached tan was the only striking thing standing out. Swiftly, the star stared, only an elk's length away, staring curiously at the cloudy figures. Watching them move, dancing along the earth without a sound made, slowly, she leaned back, sitting onto her rump, watching in silent awe before something compelled her to speak out, to see if these figures could hear her. Hello..? RE: Commit a felony with me - Phoenix Rising - 9/24/2025 skill: seer Clouds streaked down from the sky so very strangely. It did not rain much in the desert, so such strange phenomenon was at an even higher rarity in her life. Not to mention, her first life only extending a few measely years. She watched with young curious eyes. Darkness would decend and the clouds would glow and stretch out to the ground until they began to take form. Strange and unnatural forms (all of this was unnatural in all honestly) until they strode along the same earth as she did now. Were they akh? Or something more nefarious like the hatayw, sent upon them by Sakhmet her very self, for their failure to cleanse the land meant to be the god's temple? الإلهة سخمت، عين رع، نافخة النار، ارحمي اللي بيحبوكي وبيعبدوكي.The priestess trembles, pleading, front half falling to the ground as forlegs slid forward. Her muzzle tucked and crown of her head pressed to the earth. Sahkmet had the ability to bring plagues, yet also to heal disease and sickness just the same. Her rage boundless, having nearly ended all of humanity once before. Would she do this again? What amount of drink would quench her thirst this time around? RE: Commit a felony with me - Wardruna - 9/25/2025 skill: seer Clouds. Clouds that were not clouds at all. They decend down from the heavens, twisting and turning, dancing and forming, until they walked the lands with fluid motion as though to mimic the livelihood of the mortals which tread before them. Wardruna's hairs stood on end, a silent snarl on her face as her defenses set. She strode the highlands near, yet kept her distance even as she kept them in her line of sight. Fear and curiosity a mixture in her gut. Maybe it was Loki this day, which set himself upon them with ghosts and ghouls? Wardruna had been born into this magical realm and already in three years had seen a great many things - gods dancing in the sky, caves filled with a nightmare, the land masses completely shifting around, volcanoes erupting and lands burning, teleportation tunnels, christmas trees, jack o lanterns, and wolves countless, falling from sky and clawing their way from their own graves. This was but another. The gods surely enjoyed their tricks and treats. RE: Commit a felony with me - Valeska - 9/25/2025 Skill: Apostle
Although it pained her to be away from Fate's Respite, there was no denying how dangerous it was. The water there, less polluted though it seemed since the fog's onset still beckoned with its eerie allure, pulling even the strongest wolves toward its vile streams and lakes. Each sip was a taste of death, leaving throats scorched and tongues covered in acidic burns - it would have been foolish to stay. Even still, her heart hurt. It was this longing that kept Valeska awake past her usual hours. She stared out into the night from the relative comfort of a hastily made dugout, missing the company of her mate Amaranth who was no doubt prowling the highlands in her usual restless state. Suddenly, movement caught her eye. Что за херня,she said without thinking, rising to her paws so quickly she banged her head off the roof of the den. Oof-! This did not delay her in the slightest. Valeska scrambled out in a hurry, paws flailing and eyes wide as saucers as she beheld the clouds take shape and descend to earth in ghostly imitation of the living; the smoothness of their glide across the fields was unsettling, but the High Priestess thought it beautiful. Священная Мать Волчица,she whispered, realizing she'd been holding her breath. A vision from the gods - - But what was its meaning? A soft hello? sounded from nearby, a gentle query from a young wolf. Her gaze roved the landscape and she spied the small figure lingering near the silver phantoms; Valeska hurried closer, drawing near to the stranger's side. The Five do not often speak to us - not in the formal sense -she said unprompted. But they also have not... done... this. Valeska was perfectly content to take a seat next to the unknown wolf without an invitation, staring out at the dancing figures with rapt attention. The wind dances like Nivia in the heart of winter, but it is Aether's season. I do not understand... RE: Commit a felony with me - Ampoule - 9/27/2025 ![]() The shadowed figures walked, and Ampoule observed. It wasn’t often that Ampoule had the chance to glimpse ghosts, and she felt herself incredibly fortunate to see them now. The misty figures moved about as if they had sentience, and the siren reached out her nose to greet one, to see if it could possibly perceive her; but they moved around her, unseeing. She was invisible to them, though they were not to her. Ampoule watched them, as there was no other conceivable thing for her to do then.
Ampoule dared to look down at herself, to see if she herself had become non-corporeal; a thing of mists. She was mildly surprised when she had not, and she was as real as the ground she stood upon. As solid as the others who had gathered here, distinctly real when cast upon a backdrop of the things-that-weren’t. It was another realm entirely, full of heavenly beauty and subtle rainbows. Ampoule felt the internal impulse to call out to the others, or towards perhaps the ghostly figures, – but in the end all she ended up doing was side-stepping, almost stumbling, a pace or two closer to the others who watched, and her eyes remained transfixed, not sure what to do next but certain that it would come to her eventually. It always came to her, eventually. ![]() RE: Commit a felony with me - Vitus - 9/30/2025 Soothsayer One moment he had been on the misty mountain, staring out at the foreboding clouds in the distance, the next he was here, closer. A vision in truth, was he really here or was it just his spirit? His eyes followed the clouds down, down, to the ghostly figures. It's always ghostly figures, why does he always see formless spirits? Why can't it be solid for once? The young seer half huffed in his frustration as he made to approach the clouded figures, surprise stopping his paws briefly when he spotted Valeska and Wardruna. The lanky yearling stared for a moment, he had been thinking of going to find the two for weeks now, and here the gods delivered. But first, these spirits. Vitus resumed his approach of the cloud formed creatures, head high and unafraid, determination in his steps. She continued to pray, louder now, frantic even as her vision fade into nothingness. No one, no thing. Just darkness. Darkness so deep and so utterly defeating, she didnt even know her own self in those moments. When the light was returned to her, the pheonix was hyperventilating. She had seen now what life would become without the sun that was Ra. Without the creation of all Amun. A world ended. I will do better. I will find more. She still remained in the bent postion of worship. She had seen, she had seen! She knew the power of what was held here. She knew what it could do. She could not fail. She could not stop. Tears streamed down the priestress face. |
