A pillar of strength with no stones behind her.
Tiberii held the world on her shoulders.

And yet, she'd been so distant.

Since the loss of Solvi, Shiloh ... Hexx ... Golde ....

... she knew that her presence was more ghost-like than the Pillar of Strength that Dawnbreak needed. And her grieving had been evident only to those closest to her, for she was so afraid to let anyone else see the pain that burdened her. It was easier to be angry. It was easier to be strong. And perhaps all she needed to do was push past it. She could save her moments of weakness for times when she was alone, or for times when she was surrounded by her sisters.

But Dawnbreak needed her.

Didn't it?

The bull shook her head, moving through the denning area with the intention to seek out a couple of the pack's newest members. Valkyrie and Jökull. The Northern Vikings that had chosen to make their home here — she wondered how they were doing. She wondered if distracting herself with stories of their lives would make her feel more full. Her golden eyes, molten with the fire she fought within her soul, would search for the two Northern warriors.

Perhaps she needed their strength, too.

Valkyrie had been hunting that morning, her eyes had been set on a plump rabbit, one preparing for the cold bite of winter. Lucky for her she had found one fairly quickly and carried it's limp body in her jowls as she padded back towards the den area where her and Jökull had been. As she returned she smiled at the scent of Tiberii and as she approached she saw the large form of her pack leader fall into view. A smile around brown fur, a glint of friendliness in her optics as she stopped in front of the other equally large woman and dipped her head, placing the rabbit at her feet.

Greeting Tiberii... It is good to see you again... She gleamed, her smile wide and warm as she waved a low tail to the bull. I hope you have been well... She greeted further, hoping that the leader came with good news as opposed to what could be.

Jökull had also been out and about, tracking down what herds were in the area outside of the pack borders. At least for the time being, the elk and deer here were abundant. But they would be leaving at the end of the season, migrating to warmer climates while the winter's icy grip took hold. It would be best for the pack to make a good kill while they had the chance. The scent of Tiberii nearby gave him hope for that opportunity to discuss such things.

The large Viking took off back into the Vale, heading straight for the black bull and what appeared to be his mate. Valkyrie's scent was also strong where their den was. It looked like she had beaten him to the Pillar's meeting. As soon as they both came into view, he slowed his pace down until he came to a halt in front of his white mate. Hey there, my love. Nice catch. Then his attention went to the black wolf. Tiberii, good to see you again. Is everything aliright? The pair watched and waited for any news she might bring them, hoping that it wasn't anything too dire or strained.
