The sun always returns. - Helia - 1/4/2026 ![]() I'm bout to crash tf out
3-3-3 OC SpeechEmotional Actions Thoughts Helia was out of the den where her mother settled, exploring despite the cold that nipped at her ears and nose. Every step on the cold stone made her jump slightly, and eventually she found her way into a hollowed tree. The stony den was chilly, and she'd be damned if she stayed there when her mother was likely getting sick! Quietly Helia sat in the tree for a while, but when she saw a mouse scurry past, her eyes lit up. She knew how to hunt! Kind of quietly, she crawled out and continued to crawl to follow the mouse. Her little silver frame slinking along the dirt, weaving around trees until she saw it dip into a burrow, and she launched forwards, her front half pushing through the burrow entrance as she dug. Only when she realized it had gone much deeper than she could get to did she huff, but also, she realized she was stuck. Helia's front half under the ground, stuck inside a burrow, was not on her bucket list today. With frost-nipped ears and sore, frostbitten paws, Helia kicked her legs and tried to free herself. growling and yipping briefly. RE: The sun always returns. - Hemlocke - 1/4/2026 Hemlocke did not quite understand the cold. It was an odd sensation, but it was one he did not mind very much. It sometimes even got to the point of numbness, a sort of nothingness if he so allowed it to in his paws. He was fascinated by it, but his mother never let him go to far with it. Disappointing. But today is a cold day. Today was a freezing day. Today Hemlocke went out into the cold. He felt the rush of wind on his red-touched fur. It fluffed him up as his paw carried him to…well, no where in particular. He was simply exploring. The youth had the desire to see, to smell, and to experience. Being hidden away was getting rather boring. He sniffs long stems. He stares at the sun. He continues forward. He hears then growls…yips. His head lifts, ears rotating towards the source. It was not brothers. It was someone new. Hemolocke moves with a sly rhythm, leaving marks in the cold ground where it ends up going. His brothers would know where he went, if they so desired to know. He never hid such a thing from them. Molten eyes carefully look at the surroundings, but he sees no wolf the sounds come from. Frustrated, he tastes the wind, a single paw in the air as he does so. Direction is given to him, and eyes then see an odd sight. Someone’s behind was wiggly halfway in a hole. He moved forward with a grin seeing the other puppy struggle, and he simply sits next to her, staring at the odd sight. ”Stuck,” he states bluntly, head tilting as he…asks the question? Makes a statement? One can’t be too sure. |
