Inactive Account unable to re-apply
Description
Hello! Just reporting that it says in the guidebook "Inactive members can become active again by simply re-applying." However when going to submit an application again, such as you do the first time activating, it gives me an access denied screen. I have this account attached to my OOC which has the member status. So I am not sure if this is just me not knowing the proper place to re-apply, or an actual bug, but thank you for helping either way! <3
