Love Story and History of the Parents
Some love stories are exactly as they sound.
Easy. Gentle. Uncomplicated, even.
Others weather harsh winters and dangerous storms. They survive heartbreak, duty, distance, and years spent wanting what could never safely be theirs. They cross lifetimes and find one another again wearing different faces, bound by a devotion so stubborn that, were it written in some old song, it might be mistaken for a fairytale.
But fairytales are kinder than life.
Real people bleed. They lose. They bury pieces of themselves beneath duty and learn to carry grief as quietly as one carries an old scar. They are separated by crowns, vows, circumstance, and sometimes death itself.
And still, somehow, they choose one another.
Again.
And again.
And again.
Vidalia and Raelan have been choosing one another for two lifetimes.
Once, she was a queen beneath cold northern skies, and he was the sword forever at her side. There were crowns between them then. Oaths. Another man's name. A court that would have torn apart what they loved had the truth ever been spoken too loudly.
Yet even then, their hearts strayed where duty forbade them to go.
She became his sun, his moon, and every star by which he found his way home.
And he became her harbor—the one place where a woman burdened beneath a crown and great expectations might simply be herself.
Their love gave them children once before, though Raelan could only love them from the shadows as a father forbidden from naming himself as such. And she, as a queen forced to keep one of the dearest truths of her life hidden behind stone walls and noble lies.
Then one world ended and another began.
And somehow, beneath strange new stars, they found one another again.
Now there is no husband standing between them. No court waiting to condemn them. No need for Raelan to watch his family from afar.
There is only Easternhold.
A kingdom raised against the sea with their own paws and sweat, and a life that, at long last, belongs to them.
And after one stolen rendezvous in the south—perhaps not so different from those secret meetings they once shared when they still wore skin and bone rather than flesh and fur—an old love has borne something new.
Soon, little paws will patter through the halls and hills of Easternhold.

Kieran
Born the first living male heir of Vidalia and Raelan, Kieran is envisioned to become everything you expect in a prince. He is a gentleman who has learned the poise and etiquette that come with such a title, and he may do so with a solemn edge. He is a character who may often be described as an ‘old soul ’, or could it be eerie?
There is an inkling that Kieran and his twin sister, Veloria, may experience flashes or impressions of their previous lives. Time will only tell.

Veloria
Born as the first living female heir of Vidalia and Raelan, Veloria seems to embody the poise and countenance fit for a Queen. She is independent and strong, with a nurturing edge born from the love a Queen grows for her subjects. She is a lioness in wolf’s clothing.
There is an inkling that Kieran and his twin sister, Veloria, may experience flashes or impressions of their previous lives. Time will only tell.

Baldric
Born as the second son, Baldric could be considered the spare heir. He is not quite in line for the throne, but should anything happen to his two older siblings, he will be the man next in line. He is perhaps brash and confident, loud and boisterous, with a protective edge held for his family. He was raised as a gentleman, with the charismatic edge fit for a prince, but that hasn't stopped his impulses from fighting first and talking it out second. He is thought to be larger than life in his actions.
But does he feel inadequate compared to his older brother, Kieran? How does he feel about his place in the family?

Serelia
Born second among the females and fourth in the litter, Serelia is the epitome of the middle child. However, that doesn't mean she's often overlooked. In fact, she may be the most cunning of all her siblings, with a mind that rivals even the strongest adversaries. She has a good political and diplomatic edge, often becoming a savant with her words. She is sharp as she is tenacious, with an ego to match.

Aristella
Born the third daughter in the litter, Aristella could be seen as a contradiction in and of itself. Despite her darker complexion, Aristella is light and love embodied. She is a dreamer with a whimsical edge. Passionate about the finer things in life as well as the mystical. She is nurturing and has an affinity for growth; once she sets her mind on something, she is sure to excel.Application:

Adoption TOS:
These characters will become full ownership once all rules and requirements have been met. Until then, Devi & Tskani retain the rights to both the designs and the characters.
These pups will live/stay in Easternhold/with their parents unless explicitly stated and agreed upon otherwise by all involved parties. Any plots involving death, major maiming, memory loss or extended time away/permanently away from Eastrenhold or one or both of their parents should be run past Devi and Tskani until they are adults [2 years old].
If a character is at risk of being reclaimed, Devi and/or Tskani will attempt to contact you twice via Discord and/or onsite through Vivarium. If no response is received, the character will be fully reclaimed on the third attempt. At that point, you as the player will no longer have the right to play or use the character in any fashion.
We never want this to happen, so please keep us informed! We completely understand that real life comes first—we simply ask that you communicate with us.
Ownership Requirements:
These characters and their designs remain the sole property of Devi & Tskani until the following conditions have been met:
- 80 onsite posts have been reached.
- All activity requirements listed above have been met.
Toyhouse & Artwork
Before full ownership has been earned, these designs are not to be made into separate Toyhouse profiles.
Please also note that any artwork you purchase for the character prior to you gaining full ownership will be considered a ‘gift’ and will be uploaded to the specific characters already-created and designated Toyhouse profile.
This restriction applies only until the ownership conditions listed above have been met. Once full ownership requirements are reached, Devi will transfer their TH accounts to you.
Salesback Rule
THE DESIGNS THEMSELVES HAVE A “SALESBACK” RULE. IF, AT ANY POINT DOWN THE LINE, YOU WOULD LIKE TO SELL OR OTHERWISE GET RID OF THE DESIGN, IT MUST FIRST BE OFFERED BACK TO DEVI & TSKANI.
If the character is being sold and no additional artwork has been added since adoption, their monetary value is considered $0.
Value may only be added once additional artwork has been purchased or created for the character, minus any artwork received/’gifted’ prior to ownership. See clause above about gifted artwork.
Design Changes
Minor aesthetic edits, such as scars or accessories, are allowed.
Reclaiming
We reserve the right to reclaim these characters at any time before full ownership has been earned, within reasonable circumstances. Should you also leave Vivarium BEFORE you reach the 80 post count, the character and design will be returned back to us!
Behind the Scenes Roleplay
Tskani and Devi will try our absolute best to thread out any and all important developmental threads between Vidalia and Raelan and their children. However, we are human and life can keep us busy. In the event we cannot reply or roleplay a scenario out promptly, there may be some assumed character development and situations behind the scenes. We will, of course, let you know if it reaches that point.
