Everyone loves a good ol' draw the character above you. Now, let's make it more spooky Halloween!

In this site-wide event, members can post their character in this thread that they would like someone to draw a spooky costume or outfit on top of! The following person will respond beneath them, choosing the response above to be their victim muse, and Frankenstein a goofy, silly, spooky outfit on top of their character. The next person will respond and so forth, always creating an outfit for the person above you!

This event will be open until October 31st.

If you have already gone once, you may go again *after* you have completed the outfit for your intended person within this thread.

RULES FOR ART:

Since modifying other people's art is frowned upon without permission, even for silly things like this, we do have some stipulations just to be safe!

You may either:

1. Provide a piece you personally drew of your character
2. Receive and post written permission as proof of the artist's okay to utilize their art in this way
3. Utilize/color in your character on a pre-existing base (whether free or purchased)
