Flashes and loud CRACKLES that whip across the sky, a soft sound of lapping water. For a second the being does not understand itself. Does not UNDERSTAND what this body is—
But they understand a soft shake when they feel it. Eyelids roll open unfocused and unclear, everything blurred as flashes of light DANCE across the sky up above.
A GROAN leaves him as something salty and wet rushes into his mouth— a stinging sharpness to it as bitter cold rushes over his body and kick start his head. Eyes clear and ears slowly lose the RINGING that buzzed in his mind–
A sharp CRACK && BOOM and just like how the lightning and thunder DEMANDED their presence to be known so too did his NAME as it slammed into him with a jolt!
Dalgarrus.
That was his name— Dalgarrus' body jolted up, water flying around him as stumbling legs tripped over each other he pulled himself away from the water to stare out.
Names came to him as his mind woke– the SEA, the TIDE, LIGHTING AND THUNDER above as the STORM rolled in. Dalgarrus knew something else was amiss but right now– at this very existence he knew that he was somewhere he wasn't meant to BE at.
Where was he? What was he doing here and why does his HEART thump with the ache of something? Something on the tip of his tongue but stubborn to come forward anymore. Looking down to the chilling tides that rolled over his claws– paws??
Yes. Paws. ( But that was wrong wasn't it? There was something wrong with that statement…) and as Dalgarrus took stock of his reflection he saw more and more of his own image that his head REBALED against.
BOOM
“I hear you— you cursed skies, calm your brewing storms and hold your breath.”
Dalgarrus breathed out, voice rumbling its own thunder tone as eyes narrowed out. SEA and rolling waves stretched out before him, jagged rock pillars CLAWING up into the sky out in the water depths, fog obscure the far distance but with the storm brewing he could JUUUUST make out the land in the distance—
But something else called to him, head swerving to look off the side of him. Something else tugged out to him, a cold chill of air blew through his fur, as if tugging at him it continued off that direction. Dalgarrus knew a DECISION was to be made to go SOUTH to a land far off or WEST were something calls to him.
But ever persistent and not to be ignored— like a child brewing a tantrum finally at its tipping point, the storm once more demanded his attention as it released its rains and lightning. With a breath Dalgarrus looked up once more with a look before turning his body to the LANDS before him. The DECISION could be made later, shelter and warmth was apparent NOW—
SO off he walked into the unknown– alone and lost, BODY already shivering as the sea' sunked into his fur— soaked && chilled.... Alone on a land of unknown.
For now…
