Currently, Shēnléi is seeking suitable suitors for both of his oldest daughters, Lian and Fen and his uncle Yao-Shen. Both of his daughters are on the cusp of turning two years old soon and it's high time they found suitable matches. Shenlei has stalled this moment for as long as he can and now the time has come to marry them off.

That said, he is also seeking a suitable match for his uncle as well! The girl would be expected to join Tianlong!

Below I wrote out some "what he is looking for", but really, I'm open to pretty much anything. I do want to forewarn, Lian, Yao-Shen, and Fen will not be leaving Tianlong. They have a Higher Purpose if you will and will hold high positions in his plans that are coming along nicely.
