Selenite's head buzzes. She could just leave a description, but then there's no reason she'd ever find Obsidian. Or that Obsidian would find her way here. It's wrong. It's disgusting. She dismisses the idea outright. It's not like she can remember Obsidian properly, anyway, and that's the scary part. Black fur, a deep voice, standing tall over everyone-- but everything else about her sister is fading from memory, and it's horrifying.
How tenuous everything feels.
"No one I've spoken to has deserved it," she spits, angry not so much as Pasithea and more at the world. "So it doesn't explain why we're all here." She paces back and forth, groaning. "It's just stupid. That I'm here and they're not." Her ears swish back and then she freezes, staring at Pasithea. "Wait, what do you mean you lived in the clouds?"
