Does he remember?
It’s a question he’s asked a few times now. He tries to avoid it, really, because it makes his head spin if he thinks about it too long. So for the most part, he doesn’t try to think too long at all.
Did he know how to swim? He really didn’t know, and suddenly he felt he should test it.

I remember waking up, and very little before that, to be quite honest with you.He assumed they came in flashes in his dreams, with how often he woke up panting and shaking from things he could not quite remember.

Oh yes, I can imagine. I’ve been quite cold myself in these recent weeks. A more temperate climate sounds particularly wonderful right now.It sounded like a small heaven, truth be told, but he wasn’t going to go on and on about this woman’s home.
