Exploration was natural for the man. He could not settle in one place just yet. Searching for his father was paramount in his mind. Recent memories kept him on th emove when he might have otherwise settled. He was even moving now, pushing through the snow and hoping that spring would be here soon. It wasn't that he hated the snow. Moreso that he wanted to feel warm sunlight on his back. Wanted to travel without the hindrance of the precipitation that blanketed the earth.

A flicker of pink to his right startled him. At first, he thought it was a butterfly. In winter, though? Perhaps an early one. Though that made no sense either. Then again, not a lot had made sense since his coming here.

Shaking his head, he pushed oneward. Plunging forward through the snow a little more slowly as he took in his surroundings. The alpines were not his preferred terrain and he found himself as curious about the area as the flicker of pink.

There it was again. This time to his left. His head flicked that direction, thickly furred ears perking higher. His nose twitched as he stalked that way. He was more determined now. His golden form lowering as his lanky body began to seek out another glimmer of rose. Was it a flower petal, a feather on the wind, a little bird? He was bound to find out.
