A shudder ran through the merman as he basked in the warm waters, in the beautifully shining sun, in the salty breeze that shifted this way and that. He sighed as he splashed around with a deep laugh, a loud sound that rose above the waves like musical notes. He was so lost in everything he didn't notice the other right away, it took a while for the winds to shift just right, before he was smacked in the face with an unfamiliar scent.
Riptide stopped slowly, still enjoying every moment of this beautiful display of his home, and rose in the waters. Dripping all along his muscular frame the chiseled man pulled himself out of the waves that licked at his heels and shook out his pelt a distance away, to politely avoid spraying the other. He smiled warmly as he cast his icy gaze across the other man.
The stranger stood as tall as he did but was more thin than himself. His pelt was a mixture of red's cream's and blacks that danced along his frame in such a mystical way it captivated the alabaster chested male.
Welcome to Atheria...Riptide greeted as his flipped his tail over his hips warmly, his eyes glittering in the beams of light that shone down upon the pair. Rip pulled himself a couple feet away from the handsome other and winked playfully as he bent his head a little in a bowing gesture.
