Her voice erupted from the swell of warm pinks, calling to him. "Maka!" Her giggles rang through his ears like chiming bells, and the smile on his lips would pull upward with all the warmth he felt in his core. His tail would wave behind him, his pink eyes brightening as if the very curse in his soul was being slowly and steadily cast out.

Pasi,he would return with a soft fondness, lowering his muzzle to press his nose gently against her cheek in greeting. The warmth of her soul was a healing salve, and he could not help but want her closer. There was a tingle on his skin as their fur mingled, his breath gentle against the edge of her face.
After a few moments of enjoyment of their embrace, the dragon would lift his head back toward the pink sky. He would, once more, notice the lily pads.

Makara would stand, carefully maneuvering himself next to Pasi while getting closer to the edge of the water. He would take his paw and bat at one of the lilypads, as if questioning its very existence.
