The god waded through the snows that showed no sign of melting despite the oncoming spring, the worn path still covered by an inch or so of the white blanket from winter's grip. His mismatched gaze crossed the terrain, scanning, searching for the invader of their space. It was no wolf, nor was it predatory, but that did not mean it was not a threat.
First came the lullaby, a voice soft on the wild of the mountain pass that he crossed. It was alluring, tempting the male closer. It wasn't long before he spied the golden hues of the beast ahead, waltzing through the mountains to the beat of their drum. It was a strange sight, the goat like creature just wandering the territory with no mind to its inhabitance.
And yet, the god was curious.
Hei,he beckoned, breaking the beast's song before it could continue.
