Vitus had been bullied into entering the tournament, well not exactly bullied into it but...well, his siblings and cousins were entered so he should to, though he wasn't a fighter. Sure, he can fight well, but he doesn't like it.
To make matters worse though, Arvid had announced to the world that Northfall denounced any and all gods as a welcome for the other packs that had gathered, as if every single visitor would agree with him.
But where did that leave Vitus.
He, who has spent his entire life becoming a seer, one who spoke and translated the spirits and gods messages to the pack, he who went so far as to seek out a teacher from another pack so he could better serve Northfall as their one and only seer. A mentor, seeing as so far he had none except Wardruna and his grandfather, who's priorities lay elsewhere. Vitus was now left...adrift.
Fuming with anger, though his face remained neutral, he could understand now why his siblings were so...fighty. But he didn't like it, not really, he needs time to think properly. But what better way to do that then deal with other problems first?
The seer had seen Dimitri in the crowd at the announcement, and he still needs to tell Elli that he was going to Elysium to train in the spring....maybe the news will go down better if she meets him before she tells him.
Or maybe, at least, she's less likely to tear him a new one for even thinking of leaving her with a stranger watching.
So he asked his sister to follow him, as he sought out the Elysium wolf.
That...yes that would be nicethe yearling agreed.
This is my sister, Elli. El, this is Dimitri, I met him when we went to Elysiumshe may remember him stalking off after they met with Valeska and broke the news.
This cave though...this cave had not been here before. Knowing these lands, it's probably another creepy cave like the ones from before...it's good the three of them are here.
