Mercury hadn't been to active, staying hidden within this odd world. It was terrifying in reality, the world was larger than he expected, vast and new. This all made him feel home sick, so tired and distant. Lost even, his eyes drifted around the landscape, buzzing with curiosity and uncertainty.

With a hum, the ginger male trotted forwards, wishing to escape the area he felt uneasy in and into a newer place. Entering a meadow, gentle and warm, as if warming his soul and welcoming him into an embrace. Soon enough, pink trees ripped his attention away from the meadow. He'd seen these once before, just once, he knew what they were, somewhat. A tunnel, a wormhole to somewhere, or..someone? He didn't know.

Warily, with the fresh scent of another wolf, Mercury strode towards the trees easily. This was familiar, comforting even, he'd seen this and knew it was safe, at least it seemed it was.

The voice ahead drew his attention more, speeding his trot to a jog. Nostrils flaring against the warm air, it was nice compared to that blistering winter and yet he missed the cold..His thick pelt made it somewhat hard to tolerate but this place was just perfect, not too hot but not too cold.

Hello?

Mercury called out to the canine, ears pricking to listen for a response. Nostrils flaring to take the scent in more, herbs..citrus..a spice and a flower, lilies to be specific. He didn't know the scent itself, or who it belonged to but the smell of spice interested him.
