Descriptions of a nightmare, and descriptions of being buried alive.

The moon still stands in the sky as the sun approached the horizon. A low lying fog clings to the ground.     Silent Streams     Early Morning

Envy had wandered a fair bit since arriving here herself, given time for her mind to settle, though it never truly did, at least she was less consumed by it. The indents raked into her nape by half-blood teeth—she would no longer dignify the memory of the one who'd done it with a name, were finally scarring over, hidden now beneath the silvery fur that grew back over. But Envy was still alone, and this would not do.

She would catch the sound of coughing, sputtering, ugh— whoever was doing that was having a time of it. A tattered ear perks to listen to the garbled sound of it, trying to discern what the ailment could've been from just the whisper of strangled breath on the wind. Of course, Envy investigates, lurking in the bracken at first but never one to be content on the sidelines. The silvered imp comes closer, pale paws tap-tapping on the soil in an upbeat rhythm, coming up behind the hacking figure, one she even recognized as the soil fell from his ash-bark fur— which only further spurred confidence to her approach.

"Heya" She greets cheerily, a sudden voice behind him, one shock to follow another. She did offer him a few moments at least to spit the dirt from his lips, and pull forth air into his lungs while she sat back (im)patiently a few steps away, watching with a tilted head and a curious concern that seemed like it was simply begging to break through the wall of forced restraint. "What're ya eatin' dirt for?"

There was a bit of a veiled delight at the scene, he was one who'd seen her weak and sniveling before, so there was relief in the glimmer of red eyes, getting to see the scales balanced.
