cloud lash blinked once, then nodded, understanding blooming across her face. her tail lifted in an easy arc, brushing the grass behind her. she stepped a little nearer, not intrusive, just close enough to better see the colors in his coat, the shape of his eyes. curiosity, not caution, guided her paws.
