A subtle glow emanated from the carvings in the walls as he pushed forward. The darkness of his mind a distant thing as he replaced those terrible, sorrow filled, thoughts. He had continued onwards and sudden;y he ended up on the other side of the cave...
Suddenly the man was whipped with a gust of cold air, a shudder ran through his bones as he bit his lower lip from the side and shook his fur out to try and warm himself. He was a mountain man but in his summer coat the cold was not where he wanted to be...
He wasn't sure where he was, as he had never been to shiverwood before, and noticed a blue shimmer nearby. Blinking the man pushed away those thoughts of cold and confusion and replaced them with an empty brain and curiosity that dripped off him like water. It was early morning from the looks of it and he looked around him as it seemed the world held its breath for whatever was coming.
Crunching paws moved forward on lavender snow, odd, and suddenly he felt as if everything he hadn't eaten in the last couple days would expel itself. Biting his tongue he swallowed down the fight of bile that threatened against his lips and throat... What the fuck? as a whisper tickled his brain once more, words that seemed like a threat almost...
Against his better judgement the man shoved himself to continue, against everything that screamed at him not to, and suddenly there was a shimmer in the haze before him... Stopped in front of a table...
A table? In Mythris? Split down the middle as if by lightning the table held a crack that exposed two evenly spaced stones underneath. As he moved closer he noticed carvings along the legs and tilted his head to the left in confusion. The closer he came the more he noticed the blue glow pulsating outwards towards him and...
Another wolf that had appeared, most likely had been there before and he just didn't notice them, and he turned towards them and lifted an eyebrow as if asking what they thought of the situation before turning back towards the table.
The middle of the wooden furniture glowed brighter than the rest, a point in it, and there were runic carvinfs split down the middle that caught his eye, desperately reaching towards the wolves as if trying for its missing piece...
And Jaxxon didn't hesitate anymore. The Huntsman took a few steps forward with tingling paws, paws that nearly ached from the vibrating sensation, and with the shout in his brain of life Jaxxon placed the rune in the center of the table.

I'm the boogeyman. Ooga Booga.
