Artok offered a short, gruff laugh.
Artok tilted his head and looked at his paws. Fireweed. His mind blank. Had he tried that before? Someone had helped him he thought perhaps. White fur, red eyes. But just as quick as he thought of them and a warm feeling lit up his chest. They were gone. So instead he nodded.
Artok wasn't one usually for company. But he had signed up for this hadn't he. Had sought out someone, or something bigger than himself. So it was only fair if he gave some of himself in return. Even if he hated to do it .

I'll try it. But honestly there's not much inflammation. The stuff inside is just ruined. That's what happens when a fully grown wolf attacks a child though.
