Apollon had decided to further explore this winter not-so wonderland. It was cold, and quiet. Fortunately, his fluffy coat kept him warm. He had met only one wolf in his time here, but hadn’t met anyone else. He couldn’t help but wonder what kind of place he was in. It was mind boggling.
Anyway, his wander brought him to a coastal biome. Looking for his next meal, he searched the tide pools for any kind of edible goods to satisfy his growing hunger. He had visited many tidepools already, but when he reached the next tide pool, he reeled back in surprise. There was something alive, covered by sea debris, cradled in the pool. He creeped closer, and chose to clean the debris off its body. Upon fully cleaning, he discovered that…. It was a wolf!
The wolf breathed, but wasn’t conscious. It didn’t shiver either; now that was a bad sign. He quickly pulled the being from its seaside cradle, and hoisted it up upon his back.
He carried the creature into the trees. He then set it down, to create a nest of sorts where he could warm it up, and let it rest. After he put it in the cold nest, he laid down beside it, and began to lick it. He did his best to warm it up, trying to bring it back to consciousness.
