The man laughed a hearty, full, laugh that Tofa hadn't heard before. It shocked her at first but, for some reason it felt almost fatherly. Such a laugh was new and exciting. Not much for men around when your mother keeps you locked up all the time, she supposed. The tension in her body appeared to ease a bit, especially as he continued to carry himself in such a carefree and non-threatening way. Tofa released her held breath again.
Tofa..!The girl barks, partially excited to introduce herself to a stranger for the first time. Her heart flutters at the idea.
Tofa Dokkstjarna, specifically.
The girl takes this moment of ease to look down at the three rats clinging to her chest. Just looking at them appears to give them the all-clear, as they immediately go back to whatever business they were doing before. The white one fleeing into the woods for food while the other two work on fixing one of Tofa's smaller braids. They were almost like ladies-in-waiting, fussing over and tending to their princess.
