ghelan and his feet were well adjusted to the demands of the march, of the snow. there was little fat in those bulky legs, just fur and muscle. but the snow that blankets the land is starting to nip at his paws.
but he caught the scent of a stranger, and he wasn't far off. just a little ways a head, he found the source. she looked like she could be related to the crownores, funnily enough, and sad memories flood his mind immediately.

the stranger was clearly injured, so ghelan made himself look as small as possible before he attempted to approach, unsure how jumpy she would be.
