Of days where traveling is too costly on the thin canid’s body, she chooses instead to rest under large trees while her rats go about their business. They hurry along the undergrowth, grabbing whatever they can get their hands on to bring back to their princess. Tofa shakes or nods her head to what find. Sometimes it goodies like berries and tubers, but usually it’s acorn tops and weeds. She doesn’t seem to mind, though, for what would they do without her?
The breeze flows nicely across her fur, encouraging a deep relaxing sigh to fill and exit her lungs. The day was peaceful, although not productive.
