You can say that again,Mojave replied dryly, but he could feel his tail thumping lightly against the floor behind them. He'd already started to come to terms that he was someplace new - after all, he'd already been planning on starting a new life. He'd already abandoned all that he knew; this would just be a change of scenery, really. Even still, he was grateful that he might have someone familiar at his side, even if only for a bit.
Not that he would say this. No, of course not, things were confusing enough as they were with Rancor snuggled up in his fur despite his apparent disgust for Mojave. He was... happy? Concerned? There was definitely something about this fire that was messing with the two of them, he did his best to keep that in mind while processing all that was happening.
I definitely agree,Mojave nodded slightly.
Best we stick together for a bit, aye? At least until we know the nature of this place, and who lives here. I'm sure that we'll find someplace to settle down... if you want.He went quiet for a while more, his mind wandering back to Amorak briefly. What did happen to the guy? Where was he? His concern for the other male was long gone from his mind, but it didn't stop his speculation. His eyes glanced over Rancor as best they could, and he stuffed the thoughts away once more. Just enjoy this, he told himself. You won't get another chance to lay with him this way...
