He took notice of how she seemed to shy away at his words, but why be so shy about the truth? Euphemia did speak great things of her sisters, and now he was oh so lucky enough to meet one! They were important to Euphemia, and thus, they were naturally important to him. Perhaps even one day, they would be like sisters to him too. Sisters he never had. Family he had never had! (Outside of his adoring Mother!)
There was a slow tilting of his head as she comments on how she became the pillar of strength…and the explanation made SO much sense. Of course it was force! He should have known better. His tail thumped at the explanation, but his ears perked and a touch of shock claimed his face as she asked if he was interested in being a warrior. Before he could speak, his mouth opening slightly, she then asked him to SPAR! He shakes his head back and forth vigorously.
”Oh…oh no! This one did not come to spar, nor to walk the path of a warrior. Though this one bears a great form, this one is often called…the star that falls from the sky by the Starwoven,” he says, a bit more sheepishly now. Yet it does not completely detour him! He puffs up a little bit, taking in a deep breath.
”But…this one still wishes to learn your ways, in time, for even the path of battle must be woven into the story. This one may not be the finest fang to offer, yet he would still bear witness to your glory!” he exclaims, in a way accepting some of this warrior training without outright dedicating to it. The Starwoven, luckily, rarely encountered outsiders in their own land…a land within a crater, thus why they sent out their own to learn of the greater world. Fighting was not their top priority…and Adonis being larger than the rest, no one ever wanted to practice with him.
”Do you train many of your ways in the pack?” he inquires curiously, the sunset completely ignored by him at this point, as his attention was completely, wholly, and hopefully not uncomfortably upon Tiberii.
