He too moved through the fog, but more like a brute than a shadow. He didn't lumber but he didn't stalk, he simply walked with his proud gait through the territory, not like he owned the place, but not timidly either. Cedar didn't cower.

He felt eyes upon him after a while and he stopped. He couldn't tell where they were coming from but he sniffed at the air, the breeze rolled in the scents of charred wood, dew ad lichen that had a bite to it. Suddenly another wolf came, circling around to stand in front of him and spoke. You must be one of Briar's brothers, Cedar chuckled and nodded.

The wolf was large like himself, so he didn't have to bend, kneel, or look down. He was able to look right ahead and it was a relief from the smaller wolves he'd been running into and spending time with. I am Cedar, He introduced with a dip of his head, You must be Altair... He said, letting his words pull at the end like strings.
