He walked over and sat down besides her, making sure to give some breathing room as to not crowd the fae's space. He was a newcomer here, still gaining some insight about the land he'd just stumbled across after waking up from God knows where. The dame he'd met when he first came across this place wasn't exactly the best of help; but, regardless, it was nice to venture forth and explore. Seeing the new flora and fauna he'd never experienced before was quite the sight to behold. But, here he was now, trying to offer some form of comfort to the stranger sitting beside him.
"I'm sorry to disappoint you with the spar, but it's not in my nature. You seemed to have gone through enough, I don't want to make things worse for you." He explained, voice gentle as his emerald gaze focused on the woman. "I'm not a field medic, therefore can't be of much use to you physically. But, I also know speaking about problems and what you've been through can also help. So... I'm all ears if you want to vent out any frustrations at least." He didn't dare move, making sure the dame knew he wasn't going to mislead her by offering some form of release of any pent up frustration, only to then break his word and run off. He'd been there for others through far worse... even when they were on their deathbed.
