There was a pained look in his eyes as Sitjariaq watched her tear into the rabbit with such desperation. For the first time he could get a good look at her, noticing the lack of meat on the woman's bones and the way she looked so scraggly to him. Was no one taking care of her? Was she out here on her own?

It was moments like this that he wished he could do more, that he could bring himself to speak and ask her what more he could do. But alas, a voice would not come to fruition. Only a softened gaze as he gave her an apologetic smile. A look that said he was sorry that he didn't have more for her. But hoped that perhaps she would want to hunt with him cooperatively.
