✦ ABOUT THE LITTER ✦

It has been three long years for the man of the hour to finally procreate with some unlucky woman.

Unexpectedly, or perhaps expected, given just whom we are talking about, Alaric Crane has begotten his spawn upon the lovely Crane Priestess of Tianlong, Kěwēi, the treasured younger sister to Heaven’s Mercy.

Afforded luxuries by the Emperor of Tianlong for returning a beloved sister in law, the lone Crane had decided (unbeknownst to every one this happened a week prior) to take and tarnish the virginity and virtue of a respectable noble lady.

Now she carries the fruits of their labor within her womb, quickening and growing strong.

While this litter had never been planned, Kěwēi will love her little darlings with every fiber of her being. It does not matter that they are her shame, they are also her greatest pride and greatest joy.

However, a mother's love is not everything. These children will be born with the stigma of being bastards (unless their father is brought to heel and justice by tianlong to makeup for his misdeeds) and within a culture obsessed with Blood Purity, status, and titles, they will have a hard time finding their place.

That said, they will not be abused!! Tianlong does not blame the children for the sins of their parents, but certain doors are certainly refused to them.

I want to also note, applications are open to new members and old alike! These babies will also be born and raised in Tianlong along with their customs, faith, and culture.

The Crane's feathers will fall from Heaven on October 15th, 2026.

Because of the nature of the litter and their parents' respective backgrounds, these characters may encounter themes involving:

• complicated parent-child relationships
• questions surrounding legitimacy or social status
• religious expectations
• traditional gender roles
• cultural expectations surrounding marriage and family
• prejudice or judgment from others
• abandonment fears
• strained family relationships
• strict or traditional cultural expectations
• identity and belonging

Please only apply if you are comfortable engaging with the themes associated with this litter. Individual plots can always be discussed between participating players.

✦ TERMS OF ADOPTION ✦

Please read the following terms carefully before submitting an application.

These characters will become full ownership once all rules and requirements have been met. Until then, Devi retains the rights to both the designs and the characters.

No death, amnesia, or LC unless discussed with us beforehand.

If a character is at risk of being reclaimed, Devi and/or Rem will attempt to contact you twice via Discord and/or onsite through Vivarium. If no response is received, the character will be fully reclaimed on the third attempt. At that point, you as the player will no longer have the right to play or use the character in any fashion.

We never want this to happen, so please keep us informed! We completely understand that real life comes first—we simply ask that you communicate with us.

Ownership Requirements
These characters and their designs remain the sole property of Devi until the following conditions have been met:

75 onsite posts have been reached.

All activity requirements listed above have been met.

Once these conditions have been fulfilled, full ownership will transfer to the player.

Toyhouse & Artwork
Before full ownership has been earned, these designs are not to be made into separate Toyhouse profiles.

Any artwork purchased for the character should instead be added to the already-created and designated Toyhouse profile by you, the player, if you wish.

This restriction applies only until the ownership conditions listed above have been met. Once full ownership requirements are reached, Devi will transfer their TH accounts to you.

Salesback Rule
THE DESIGNS THEMSELVES HAVE A “SALESBACK” RULE. IF, AT ANY POINT DOWN THE LINE, YOU WOULD LIKE TO SELL OR OTHERWISE GET RID OF THE DESIGN, IT MUST FIRST BE OFFERED BACK TO DEVI.

If the character is being sold and no additional artwork has been added since adoption, their monetary value is considered $0.

Value may only be added once additional artwork has been purchased or created for the character.

Design Changes
Minor aesthetic edits, such as scars or accessories, are allowed.

Reclaiming
We reserve the right to reclaim these characters at any time before full ownership has been earned, within reasonable circumstances.
