For Tsukiko! Set during the warrior tournaments in Tianlong!

She was amongst Tianlong once again, still—

This was a relief, at the very least. Yet for exactly how long she'd been gone and how she even gotten here in the first place still remained a mytery to be investigated. There was no foul play from what she remembered — then again the woman's memory is fractured and fuzzy.  For all she knew, Minxuan could've simply poisioned herself and have been done with it.

Yet something was missing. Something important that she couldn't put her finger on. There was no use in figuring out how she died right now though. Minxuan could figure out the culpurit (even if it did end up being herself) on a later date. What mattered in the present is that she was here. There might even be need to request an audience with the higher ups just to get caught up.

The crowed around her roared on, and all of a sudden there murmurs became way more than a cloud behind the volume of her thoughts. Her ruby gaze trailed ahead of her through a collection of wolves. There appeared to be a battle going on — was this some kind of tournament?

Minxuan….wasn't too caught up to speed as to what was happening as of yet — only that she'd missed the union of his majesty and lady Lanyi just before she'd woken up. Her small frame manneuvered through the ever growing crowd for a better veiw of what was going on in the middle of it. Grumbling in annoyance with all the commotion going on around her.

Her ears flattened.

She'd much rather be in her study right about now…

Tsukiko was lost in thought. These sort of events never held her attention. She was trying more and more every day to figure out what led her to being reborn here. The throbbing in her head had not eased at the attempts. She could remember screams, and smoke - maybe a fire? The next step was to remember where she was, and did she have anyone close?

But as she tried more to break through the barrier her mind pounded in protest. The cheering was all but background noise to her. She wasn’t sure who they were cheering for, nor did she care. She did care about those fermented berries though and what she may use them for. At the thought a wry smile curved her mouth.

She was so lost in thought that she wasn’t really paying attention to what she was seeing or where she was stepping and bumped into someone. With a soft oomph she looked down at the small wolf in front of her. She gave a low bow-

I’m so sorry, please forgive me, I was lost in my thoughts.

She stood and looked into the spider lily colored eyes of the smaller wolf, who seemed annoyed. Though she guessed she would be too if someone bumped into her so rudely and her ears twitched. She should’ve been paying more attention, or at the very least be sitting somewhere when her thoughts consumed her. It was just, it seemed to happen randomly, she couldn’t control where her thoughts went especially when the activities around her were so dull. As she inhaled though she caught a faint scent of herbs and named each one she could smell in her head.

Are you a part of the celebrating pack?

Tsukiko’s eyes bore into the smaller wolf’s. Her gaze pierced hers as she studied her and any movements she made. Carefully assessing.
