A mass gathering of freshwater falls, all sourced from underground springs. Not only is it beautiful, but also full of potential. Various types of fish can be found within the deeper pools, offering a stable source of food.

Blip gets pushed out of the small den with a squawk, feathers fluffed and short claws scrambling in the dirt. He'd been staying with Apple and her children ever since he woke up snuggled with the rest of them. Its been nice, he thinks. Blip would've been all alone if he'd not awoken here. Up in the trees and mountain regions without the rest of his family with him.
It's fine, really. Blip's instinct told him to go after a certain amount of time. As if nature itself wanted Blip to leave his family. Compared to these wolves, Blip is more like an adult. Still a child - but he can care for himself well enough already. These little things couldn't hunt for themselves even if Apple tried to get them to. It's not a bad thing.
An Adventure. Blip is ready. He hasn't left his new siblings behind since joining with them. If they went out, he did - if they slept, he did. Blip did not want to leave and explore without the others. Apple pushing them out is a nice surprise.
"Where are we going?" Blip asks, eyes wide with excitement. He shakes out his feathers with glee. Stretching his wings wide to give the muscles much needed use.

Cashew was still groggy with sleep when his Mutter decided to move the family, half-awake from his recent nap. However, it didn't take much for him to wobble to his paws, shake, fall down, and right himself again. He'd gotten much better at moving around in his short life, despite never venturing further than the den entrance. The muddy boy yawned, and blinked around the den for his mother.
Turns out, she was behind him, judging by the muzzle nudging his little bum out of the nice, cozy den. He squeaked, surprised, but didn't voice any other complaints as he squinted, trying to get used to the glaring sun. The sun wasn't out, but anything was bright compared to the dim, toasty hole in the ground he called home.
Immediately, he searched for something familiar to ground himself, which turned out to be the colourful bird he'd known since forever (not really). Cashew had never questioned his feathery brother, as he'd never known anything different, snuggling up to Blip like normal while he waited for the rest of his siblings to come tumbling out.
He shivered, the cold biting at his soft paws and damp nose. Cashew had never been this cold before, and he quickly decided he wasn't a fan. Still, he wasn't about to fuss, and merely watched his Mutter stretch. She didn't seem to be too cold, so he figured it was fine. She began walking away abruptly, and speaking, a little too much for the boy to compute at once with all this new sensory information.
An adventure? Cashew had never been on one of those before; normally Apple went on them by herself, returning later on. He normally slept through them, used to being left on his own from a young age. So, this was exciting! "Okay!" He chirped, attempting to keep pace with his much more graceful mother, which was a little harder than he thought. Walking on the cold, uneven ground wasn't as easy as the smooth, warm earth of the den.
"Where going?" Cashew asked, trying to thread his words together nicely, and deliberately. He glanced over his shoulder, trying to make sure all his siblings were with him.

Things were getting tight in the den, so even though the thought of walking in the cold was dreadful he was shoo'd out anyway. A stretch would do him good, Sparrow always said, though he was notably...slower, than the rest of his siblings. Less stable, more top heavy.
It never stopped him from trying, though, watching the feathered thing and Cashew move on ahead with Mutter as he waited for the others to move along. He wanted to bring up the rear, anyway....he won't complain if he gets left behind. He was determined to push on without help.
