Frozen stiff the boy becomes, when the sound of her voice reaches him. It allows Daiyu precious moments to turn fully into his direction. Creeping forward if only but a few paces. It takes some time, yet slowly he would move the paw covering his face from the world around him. Brown eyes taking in the sunlight, the world around, only for a even deeper fear to settle in as he slams them shut.
Daiyu takes this opportunity to sit and wait a moment longer patiently. He was obviously terrified and so Daiyu could only assume he was lost and alone on top of that.
